Founded in 2004 by the Cross brothers, Hillside Leisure remains a family-run business based in Derby. The company is a Volkswagen Qualified Converter and holds both NCC (National Caravan Council) approval and Whole Vehicle Type Approval for its range of campervans.

The current Hillside campervan range includes the VW Crafter- and MAN TGE-based Hopton campervans, alongside the Birchover Classic and Cromford models, both now built on the latest VW Transporter platform. All Hillside campervans are available directly from its Derby showroom.
