Cars and motorbikes are fine, but boats, sign-written vans and caravans or motorhomes are regularly on the no go list.

If a neighbour complains that your motorhome is spoiling their view and you’ve got a covenant in place, you may find that you have find somewhere else to park your home on wheels. The best way to avoid this seems to be staying on the good side of your neighbours.

However, if you’ve been caught in a restrictive covenant trap there are things you can do; take professional advice, talk to your neighbours, be reasonable and consider using a motorhome storage facility instead of storing your ‘van at home.
