As Elite has grown over the years we have invested more money into our workshop facilities and staff training in order to fulfil increased customer demand and provide a more professional and rounded service. We have doubled the number of technicians, invested time and money into their training, employed another customer service advisor to help with taking service bookings and general aftersales care, installed additional vehicle inspection ramps and installed our own onsite MOT testing facility. All of this allows us to undertake Habitation servicing, Mechanical servicing and MOT’s in house and completed in the same day for added customer convenience.

In 2019 we completed a significant renovation of an unused old building onsite, turning it into a new two bay bespoke built workshop to work alongside our larger main workshop.

As well as the obvious need to ensure that your motorhome is operating in the way intended and to avoid any untimely failures on either the habitation or mechanical side of the vehicle it is important to consider your safety. At Elite Motorhomes, our habitation service includes a Gas Safety check as well as a Carbon Monoxide check. It is also imperative that to maintain the manufacturers’ warranties, habitation services must be carried out annually as failure to do so will invalidate your vehicle’s habitation warranty which on a new UK built motorhome is typically 3 years and up to 10 years for water ingress. A mechanical warranty on a UK built motorhome is typically 3 years and accordingly your vehicle should at the very least have a service by the end of year 2.
