Here are the new motorhomes launched by Etrusco for the 2019 season, as seen in 'The Essential Guide to 2019 Motorhomes and Campervans'...

Etrusco I 6900 QB

Etrusco I 6900 QB motorhome

  • Price from: £61,117
  • Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato 2.3l
  • Layout: Island bed
  • Berths: 4/5
  • Travel seats: 4
  • Gross weight: 3,500kg
  • Payload: 557kg

New to the UK market, Etrusco wows with Italian design flair and German engineering. Part of the giant Erwin Hymer Group, Etrusco will be available from UK retailers from autumn 2018.

Etrusco is available in a range of A-class and low-profile models, one of which is the outstanding I 6900 QB, which is 6.98 metres in length and features a rear island bed layout. As with all the Etrusco A-class models, the I 6900 has a second double bed above the cab. The irresistible designs, fabrics and colours are all uniquely Italian, and this adds a contemporary look and feel that is exclusive to the Etrusco brand. It’s no wonder that these A-class models are amongst the best sellers on the market!

Moreover, the high standard specification and an enhanced options list really sets this stylish brand apart. For example, there is the option of height-adjustable beds, meaning the garages, which have a payload of 150kg and are dual-access, are able to accommodate full-sized bicycles when the beds are raised.

The right-hand drive models that have been designed for the UK market also come with a higher standard level of specification than the rest of Europe, which sees the addition of ovens in the kitchen, carpets, enhanced heating (Truma 6E) and larger fridges. These special British specification models will start to land on dealer forecourts around the country from October.

All sit on the 130bhp manual 3.5-tonne Fiat Ducato wide-track chassis, although there is an option to upgrade (£220) to the heavier 3,850kg chassis on all Etrusco models, should you wish. Naturally, all models come with a five-year water ingress warranty, too.

Etrusco T 5900 DB

  • Price from: £47,022
  • Base vehicle: Fiat Ducato 2.3l
  • Layout: Transverse double bed
  • Berths: 2
  • Travel seats: 4
  • Gross weight: 3,500kg
  • Payload: 790kg

The modern interior design and the automotive appearance of the Etrusco low-profile models put an instant smile on your face, and make you feel at home on the road. The balance of design and functionality creates a feel-good ambience, and the high specification as standard offers unbeatable value for money.

The T 590 DB is the most compact of the low-profile model range at just 5.95 metres. However, despite its diminutive, easy-to-manoeuvre-in-traffic dimensions, it is packed with everything you could ever need for a home-from-home adventure.

Towards the rear, you will find the transverse double bed. Ahead of the bedroom is a centrally located washroom featuring a compact shower, toilet and washbasin. Opposite this is the kitchen with a three-burner hob, a fridge below and sink to the side. The dinette at the front is perfect for relaxing.

  • Gross weight: 3,500kg
  • Payload: 477kg

The Etrusco A-class models combine modern design with functionality – the perfect symbiosis of the joy of travelling and great residential comfort. The fantastic panoramic view out of the front window is as fascinating as the feel-good atmosphere inside, too. This attractive rear twin single bed model features a practical bathroom ahead of the bedroom, with a shower cubicle on one side of the galley and a washroom opposite.

The centrally positioned kitchen offers everything you need for entertaining on the road, with its three-burner hob, sink and spacious fridge. The front dinette offers a fresh, contemporary space and five seats for relaxing with friends. A drop-down double bed over the cab and optional fifth bed that can be made up in the lounge turns this motorhome into a wonderful five-berth model for all to enjoy.
