Motorhome accessory review: Snugpak Travel Towel

If you don’t mind the feeling of using something resembling a shammy cloth to dry yourself après shower, then microfibre towels are a great idea for the ’van.

They dry quickly and pack up much smaller and are lighter than a normal towel.

This Snugpak version comes in two sizes, the large being bath sheet-sized and the smaller one for when you just need a quick rinse of the face or hands.

Because they dry quickly, you can go longer between a change of towel – perfect for those extended touring adventures.

Our large size (in a fetching Sainsbury’s orange shade) is a month into its service and there are still no ‘damp towel’ smells... yet.

The Head to Toe (large) costs £19.95 and comes with a dual-compartment (wet and dry) stuff bag, while the Hands and Face (small) is £10.95. You can also get these towels in ‘Coyote Tan’ (khaki beige) and an olive green.
