Motorhome accessory review: JML Space Heater

Let’s set the scene: it’s a little nippy (this could refer to all four seasons in the UK), but not cold enough for the fan heater or the main heating to go on. Or maybe one of your party is always a little cooler than everyone else.

If so, dig in the drawer and bring out this nifty little 500W infrared heater from JML. You will need to be on mains, but you simply plug it in and set the temperature (from 16˚C to 32˚C). It has a cut-off switch to prevent it overheating while the outer case stays cool to touch (although be aware that some parts of this product will be very hot so use around children should be monitored). There’s also a timer function, so you can set it to heat for a specific time period.

The RRP is £39.99, which seemed a little on the high side to us.
