Willow View

336933f3-d26a-4638-9d8e-a9b364367420
WILLOW View Park is a family owned residential park, managed by Gordon Podbury and his wife Claire, and has been in the family for over 50 years.

It lies halfway between Honiton and Exeter and is set in seven acres with far reaching views of the Devonshire countryside.

Willow View Park has been undergoing significant redevelopment since 2001, and now has 36 homes sited and occupied, with a further 13 homes planned over the next couple of years.

The park’s owners are very keen to develop the park sympathetically, making the most of the beautiful natural environment, and are thrilled to be the proud owners of a David Bellamy Conservation Award.

Whimple village is nearby with its village shop, post office, hairdresser, church, two pubs and a doctor’s surgery.

A bus service runs to the park entrance twice a day, and a regular train service from London (Waterloo) to Exeter and Penzance runs from Whimple.

The local ring-and-ride bus service also visits the park.
