There are now two plots available at Willow View, which will accommodate homes up to 48x20, with a 22x10 garage sited alongside. For entertainment, there are cinemas in Exmouth, Sidmouth, and three in Exeter, which is also home to both the Northcott and Barnfield Theatres.
Exeter is ten miles from the park, and Sidmouth is just seven miles away. This lovely, unspoilt Regency seaside town on the Jurassic coast (a World Heritage Site) has more than 500 listed buildings. It is also famous as the venue for a week-long summer folk music festival at venues across the town.
Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are approximately nine miles from the park. Well known for its many independent shops, beach huts and safe, clean bathing, Budleigh also hosts annual Music and Arts, Jazz and Literary festivals. There is a Farmers’ Market on the last Friday of every month, too. You will find many golf courses nearby to the park, good angling, cycling, and many countryside and coastal walks.
