The twin bed model in Coachman's all-single-axle VIP range gets an important layout change for this year. The wardrobe has moved from the bedroom into the shower room, thus creating a more spacious bedroom.
Wardrobe
The wardrobe now sits above the toilet. It has a large amount of hanging width more than you see at first glance stretching not just the width of its door, but behind the panel on which the ladder-style towel warmer and two shelves sit.
Layout
The layout change of this Alde-heated model means that each bed's pillow end is now in an alcove created because the washroom door now sits slightly forward of the washroom walls on each side of it. So, this means the layout change's effect is rather more than simply moving the wardrobe.
Bedroom
Bedheads are upholstered in plush fabric, buttoned and padded. A shelf is by each bed, together with a reading light on a directionally adjustable stalk and with a USB charging point fitted into the base.
Features
Other notable features of the 565 include the flush-fitting sink cover, and a light running almost the whole length of the kitchen under the units. And the hob pan stand is cast iron.
Kitchen
On the forward end of the kitchen is a cabinet containing two black metal shelves and one wooden one; all three slide out on a runner. Alongside, between here and the oven, are three deep drawers. There is an extension to the kitchen surface and, opposite, more space above the fridge.
Colours
A palette of fawns and creams distinguish the 2026 VIP range, together with a pop of colour: two of the cushions are bright yellow and two more mix yellow with more mellow shades. A phone charging pad is fitted into the front windowsill.
