Major changes from Xplore for 2025
The Xplore range from British manufacturer, EHG UK, has seen major changes for the coming 2025 season
While it is manufactured alongside its Buccaneer and Elddis siblings, this leisure vehicle range of caravans and campervans is aimed at a much more adventurous and active buyer and has become a standalone brand in its own right.
For 2025, we see the arrival of a new campervan, as well as a complete redesign of the trio of new caravans – the compact four-berth XC Lite, much larger XC Quad and the mid-size XC Duo – including the use of a new logo and a completely new look for the exterior, which now has three-style map contour graphics (a look mirrored on the two Xplore campervans).
The naming of this trio of models is easily understood by buyers new to leisure vehicles and sits perfectly in the more activity orientated market the Xplore is competing in. This is why Xplore is sponsoring events such as the Malvern Classic mountain bike weekend.
But back to the three-model range, which consists of the compact (4.48m long) XC Lite, which has four berths made up from the front L-shaped lounge and rear corner dinette. The 4.8m-long XC Duo has a front lounge with facing sofas that make up into the two berths and an across-the-rear kitchen with washroom and storage located centrally.
The range-topping XC Quad is much longer than its siblings at 6.38m long and is the only model to feature a fixed bed – a transverse double bed located forward of an across-the-rear washroom. At the front is a lounge similar to the XC Duo, which makes up into the third and fourth berths.
All models also benefit from a completely new interior design that includes hardwearing upholstery with vegan piping and a high specification level that sees them all get mobile internet and WiFi, twin bike racks, an alarm and tracker and cooking enhancements.
This means the chef now gets a microwave, dual-fuel hob, Dometic 98-litre fridge and barbecue point. There are many other enhancements, such as space-saving dual-fuel Whale heating, new charcoal cabinets with LED lighting below them and the use of lightweight tiles rather than carpets on all the floors.
As standard, these models should have everything a buyer wants already included, which makes the pricing more attractive to many as it reflects the final price they will pay.
There is also going to be a range of Xplore-branded leisurewear, as well as new social media pages and the use of influencers to get the message out about this new range of adventure leisure vehicles, which start in price at just £21,999 (XC Lite) and rise to £25,499 (XC Quad).
