Product Review: SanDisk iXpand Wireless Charger

0490b33a-1443-484c-87a0-87e6aaf09a23

Save time with a SanDisk iXpand wireless charger! Sync and charge your smartphone in one.

Keeping your smartphone charged is an everyday essential for anyone who owns one. They soon run out of power when you use it for taking photos, videos and using the apps. Aside from worrying about running out of 'juice', backing up your photos and videos is another challenge. That takes time to upload them online.

This is where SanDisk’s excellent iXpand Wireless charger comes into its own. It combines fast wireless charging with rapid photo and video back up.

If you have a ‘QI-compatible’ smartphone, install the free SandDisk iXpand app. Then, connect your device to it through the iXpand’s Wi-Fi signal, lie your phone on it, and let it do its magic.

The iXpand backs up your photos, videos and contacts in seconds to its onboard hard drive. If you take a lot of photos or videos, the speed at which the iXpand syncs with your phone is remarkable. It means you can back them up and get back to taking shots without worrying about losing any media.

SanDisk iXpand wireless charger

Or, when you’re between shoots, it’s two less jobs to do because of the dual-action of the iXpand. It’s a brilliant device and well worth it if you use your smartphone a lot for taking photos and videos. It took a couple of attempts to connect the phone to the iXpand using the app. But it’s easy to connect from them on once you’ve set it up.

Price

The SanDisk iXpand Wireless Charger comes in two storage capacities.

128GB - £89.99
