Pitch 'n' putt! Book a caravan tour to the home of golf, on Scotland's coast
The award-winning St Andrews Holiday Park is perfectly located for exploring the east coast of Scotland and beyond. The university town of St Andrews — famed for its royal alumni (Wills and Kate met as students here) is within walking distance if you fancy a little shopping.
And, of course, you can't talk about the town without mentioning its golf heritage. The best courses, including the world-famous Old Course (from £90 per round, or £40 on other courses) are literally on your doorstep.
On-site, if there's a particular pitch you fancy, you're welcome to reserve it, without it costing you a penny!
Should you want to stay for five nights on the same pitch, you'll enjoy one night free, and if you book online you'll save 10 per cent. These offers are available all season so whenever you book, you're likely to save money!
The site's Braes bar and restaurant serves fresh food and the speciality burgers are a must.
You can choose from katsu curry burger, wild boar and chorizo burger and many more meaty flavours!
There's also a great children's menu if you're taking the little people away, as well as a play park, so they can let off some steam before you bundle them into their bunks.
