This picturesque park is situated in the grounds of Blair Castle, seven miles from the town of Pitlochry, boasting excellent shops, cafés, restaurants, distilleries, and a theatre. With views over Blair Castle and the mountainous highland scenery, this campsite is a Scottish gem. The park is set over 30 acres offering 280 touring pitches and five-star standard facilities. There are five heated toilet blocks with individual cubicles, baby changing rooms and dishwashing areas. There's also a general store and a launderette, while kids will love the playground, games room and putting green.

Set within the historic landscape of Blair Castle and surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of Highland Perthshire, Blair Castle Caravan Park is one of the best-equipped sites in Scotland. Located only two miles off the main A9 trunk road to Inverness, in the picturesque village of Blair Atholl, there are excellent transport links to the nearby historic towns of Pitlochry, Aberfeldy and Dunkeld and plenty to see and do in the area.

Caravan Holiday Homes
The two-bedroom and three-bedroom modern caravan holiday homes all hold the prestigious Thistle Award for quality and come fully-equipped with kitchen utensils, a TV and DVD player, bed linen and a veranda complete with patio furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Perfect for couples or families, the homes are fully heated and suitable for any time of year. They also provide dog-friendly holiday homes so the whole family can come along.

Motorhomes, Touring Caravans and Campers
There are over 200 hard standing and grass pitches across the park with plenty of space to park your vehicle next to your pitch. Most of the pitches can accommodate awnings and many are supplied with mains service. There are several discreet chemical disposal points and a motor home waste disposal point. The park’s five toilet and shower bocks are all heated, with individual cubicles, showers, baby changing rooms and dish-washing areas.

The modern reception building houses a shop, stocking everyday essentials; a games room complete with pool table, table tennis and table football; and an internet gallery with WiFi access. The laundrette has machines for washing and drying as well as a drying room with lockable cages for outdoor clothing. The park is also home to the Atholl Hair and Beauty Room, where a friendly team offer an extensive range of hair styling, massages and beauty treatments.

The park features a play area, putting green and 9 acres of green open space, perfect for family games and a safe place for children to play. The park is also home to Segway Ecosse, providing a fun range of Segway tours around the grounds of the castle. Enjoy discounted entry into Blair Castle and go on a journey into the colourful past of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl, before enjoying a leisurely stroll around the picturesque 18th century walled garden and woodland grove.

Discover hidden parts of the grounds of Blair Castle and meet local wildlife on a Vintage Tractor and Trailer Tour or get off the beaten track on one of our Land Rover Safaris, where your expert guide will cover challenging distances and terrain as you get higher into the hills with plenty of opportunities to spot native wildlife. Walkers and cyclists will love the 40 miles of trails around the estate, accessible directly from the park, while animal lovers will be pleased to see an abundance of native red squirrels, Highland cows and the famous ducks that live at the park entrance. If you fancy exploring the site's surroundings, there's plenty to see and do nearby, including visiting Blair Castle (where admission is subsidised for campers), Blair Castle trekking centre, Blair Atholl golf club, Blair Atholl country life museum and hillside lochs and salmon rivers for fishing. This peaceful site is perfected situated in the heart of the village of Blair Atholl, which boasts excellent local amenities including restaurants, pubs and a fish and chip shop directly opposite the caravan park entrance.

There are regular events at Blair Castle and Ranger Service activities during the school holidays, so it’s always worth seeing what’s on during your stay. For more information, visit or call 01796 481263.
