Broadhembury is a family run park. Keith & Jenny Taylor and their daughters’ families have owned and run Broadhembury since 1969, providing excellent facilities for families with young children, playgrounds and a games room to keep older children happy and space for couples wanting a tranquil holiday. Their Adults’ Meadows, in a separate area away from the play parks and games room, is the ideal place to relax. Whichever part of Broadhembury you choose, you'll find landscaped gardens and peaceful grounds. Both areas are serviced by top class award-winning environmentally friendly facilities.

Broadhembury is one of Britain’s top 100 parks, and a member of the prestigious Best of British Parks; AA 'Regional Winner Park of the Year' and AA 5 pennants; and awarded 5 stars VisitBritain grading for excellent facilities and customer care.

Camping at Broadhembury comes with all the extras to make your holiday special. Constant hot showers with underfloor central heating; 'en suite' toilets and hand basins; full facilities for people with mobility problems/wheelchair users; well equipped, always warm babies’ changing room and a family bathroom, and fully equipped laundry. There's a campers’ kitchen with ovens, fridges etc. and even ‘help yourself’ culinary herb gardens for tasty cooking and barbecuing.

The pitches are well laid out and spacious with the opportunity to choose a pitch to suit the size of your tent, caravan or campervan. All in landscaped grounds with close mown lawns, flowers and shrubberies, subtle lighting, and convenient footpaths. They also take visitor security protection seriously.

Broadhembury also have special offers during low season with extra discounts for people over 60 years.

Broadhembury not only provides the highest standards for their visitors, but conservation and resource management are a very high priority with the aim reducing the business’ environmental impact. See their environmental statement on the website.

In the well-stocked tourist information centre visitors can see just what a wealth of interesting places there are on the doorstep. You will easily find somewhere special for you and your family to visit that will not involve driving miles. From the park you can walk the famous ancient Greensand Way footpath, cycle designated routes to nearby villages, or try geocaching unlocking exclusive GPS co-ordinates to find treasure.

Only a few hundred metres away there is fishing in a carp lake, stocked with roach, rudd and carp. Within five miles there is trout fishing, and 15 miles away sea fishing is available from the beach and boat trips from Folkestone.

Just two miles away is Imagine - an indoor soft play centre (for babies and older children) and Laser Battlezone, a golf complex, a nine-hole pay and play and covered floodlit driving range, along with many country pubs with gardens. Between three and five miles away there is Ashford's Stour Centre Pool Complex with flume and rapids, 10-pin bowling, a Designer Outlet, leisure park with multi-screen cinema; and the must visit attraction – beautiful Godington House and Gardens. There is also a train station with services to London in only 35 minutes.

A little further afield (15-20 miles) are sandy beaches, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, the Light Railway, where you can ride to Bodium Castle in East Sussex; Leeds Castle with gardens, playground maze and grotto, Dover Castle & Hellfire Corner, Sissinghurst and Hever Castles, with beautiful gardens, and the ancient city of Canterbury with famous cathedral, historic river trips and shopping.

Broadhembury also have holiday homes for sale and hire. Imagine your own self-contained holiday caravan in the beautiful Kentish countryside. With central heating and double glazing, comfortable holidays can be enjoyed at any time. Price range £10,000 for quality pre–owned to £35,000 for a new model.

Hire a holiday home containing everything for a relaxed, happy holiday. Fitted kitchens are fully equipped and contain all you require for easy catering and outside patio furniture for you to enjoy the sunshine.

For a holiday to remember and repeat, a relaxing short break, or a convenient overnight stop, visit Broadhembury in beautiful Kentish countryside. Phone them or visit their website for a brochure and full park details.
