Park Cliffe Camping & Caravan Estate

Set above the eastern shores of Windermere, this award-winning park offers unrivalled views and great facilities, including a bar, restaurant, shop, play area, games room, laundrette, pre-bookable private bathrooms, free park wide WiFi and EV charging. 

Tent camping pitches are set across two areas: Ghyllside and Fellside. Pitches in Ghyllside are best suited to larger tents and can be reserved with electrical hook-up. Pitches are allocated by tent size, so please specify when enquiring. Fellside has undulating slopes and you are free to pitch where you choose. This area offers superb views towards Langdale Pikes and across to Coniston Old Man.

There are seven different glamping options at Park Cliffe with sheep-wool insulated camping pods accommodating couples up to a larger family of five. They have gorgeous views, decking areas and some have beds so you can travel light. The Deluxe Pods offer luxuries including a kitchenette and ensuite shower room, and the Shepherd’s Hut is a cosy, quirky home for couples with underfloor heating, double bed and kitchenette. 

Modern, hardstanding touring caravan and motorhome pitches have been tastefully landscaped into the surrounding countryside and are maintained to a high standard. They have lovely views of Moor How and the surrounding countryside. Each pitch has a 10-amp electric hook-up and water.  

Finally, there are spacious, fully furnished and well-equipped static caravans for hire and some are dog friendly.
