Details

The campsite is on small farm, with our camping field set looking out over the rolling countryside, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet and some spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

We can accommodate up to five caravans or motorhomes and 10 tents at any one time so your time with us will always be peaceful. With or without EHU.

We have a lovely new modern toilet block with male and female toilets, and large wet rooms for showering.

We have a dedicated dog walking area. Your dog's stay is as important as yours.

The site is situated along the the Bishop Bennet Way bridal path, which is very popular with walkers as well as horse riders, and leads to many footpaths through the local countryside. There are plenty of circular walks in the area, many of which take in the very popular Sandstone Trail and Llangollen Canal. We are also close to local bus routes.

There are two pubs within walking distance, there is the Willeymoor Lock Tavern situated along the canal, less than a mile away, and also the popular Horse and Jockey just over a mile away.

Nearby there are multiple National Trust and English Heritage sites, including Beeston Castle and Erdigg.
We are a short drive from Chester, Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Llangollen. Nearby are attractions such as Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Alderford Lake to name but a few.
