WHAT’S IT LIKE?
When it comes to maximising space, the new Tahiti 800XL from Vango is impressive to say the least. It features a huge living area, Super King bedrooms and a pre-attached conservatory, ideal for cooking and dining.

The ‘Villa Construction’ style means the walls are almost vertical, maximising the amount of usable floorspace in the tent.

If that wasn’t enough, the side annexe (they call it the Side Studio) can be used as an extra bedroom or as a storage space. It’s a vast tent, and of course is heavy to carry and bulky to store and transport.

But given all that, what makes it all the more notable is just how easy it is to pitch thanks to the Air Speed Valve system.

Remember, Vango was at the forefront of developing mainstream inflatable tents almost a decade ago, so they know what they’re doing. The Tahiti also uses Vango’s new Sentinel Exclusive fabric, designed to stand up to the harshest conditions.

The large front windows allow you to enjoy the views within the peaceful conservatory and the front door can be zipped open fully or half way.

The drop down groundsheet at the front allows easy access for prams and wheelchairs and removes the potential trip hazard.
