SHOWCASE

Sundale 7PA

The next time someone tells you that one tent is just like another, point them in the direction of the Outwell Sundale 7PA. This is a brand-new addition to the Danish company’s extensive range and it already looks like becoming a classic.

The Sundale 7PA is a seven-berth inflatable tunnel tent packed with features designed to make your camping life as comfortable and easy as possible. The three-zone design creates an excellent amount of living and sleeping space for a family holiday. It provides a wet room or kitchen area, a dry living room and Premier bedroom area for up to seven.

In 2020, Outwell introduced the award-winning Quick & Quiet inner doors, which feature magnetic strips that allow you to silently open and close the bedroom doors without zips. These return in 2021, along with a welcome new addition – Quick & Quiet Access doors, which link the outer and inner living zones.

A rain canopy over the side door provides protection from the rain and the Rear Ventilation System offers multiple options for airflow, with larger and repositioned vents throughout the tent. The Gothic-style pre-shaped air tubes ensure maximum headroom and floor space throughout the tent and the light-coloured flysheet roof coupled with large PVC windows, creates a cheerful ambience in the living room.

In contrast to the bright living area, the bedrooms feature darkened material both on the inner and outer fabric above the bedroom to keep out early morning sunshine. Mesh panels with curtains help regulate temperature. The inner tent also features cable-entry points that let you use electric lamps and chargers in the sleeping area. The Sundale is also fitted with the HookTrack System that allows lighting and small items to be hung from the inside of the tent.

All this, coupled with ease of pitching and top-quality materials, ensures the Sundale stands out from the crowd.

Knoxville 7SA

The Outwell Knoxville 7SA manages to combine size and quality to great effect – in our view this is the best tent of its class on the market right now.

Of course, the first thing that strikes you about the Knoxville 7SA is that it is absolutely enormous. You’re going to need at least a couple of pairs of hands to pitch it. Thankfully, though, despite its size, it’s actually really easy to put up.

The spacious front porch area makes an ideal kitchen/dining space, with the large front door having multiple opening options, including a veranda. The Quick & Quiet doors, introduced by Outwell last year, now also feature as access doors on the Knoxville 7SA.

The Knoxville is part of Outwell’s Superior Air collection and features include: Ambassador Master Bedrooms with dark inners, Quick & Quiet inner doors, side doors (one with a rain canopy), tinted external and internal cable entry points and the HookTrack hanging system.

Materials are of a high standard and a new rear ventilation system provides good airflow to minimise condensation.

The large carry bag is designed to make packing the tent away more painless and the wheels make it easier to drag to your car.

Wood Lake 7ATC

With sumptuous polycotton fabric, three large bedrooms, a spacious living room and front porch plus a raft of innovative features, the Wood Lake 7ATC might just be the tent of your dreams.

The inflatable tent sleeps up to seven in three 230cm Ambassador Master bedrooms, all of which feature dark inners to reduce light. The rooms offer more height, a larger floor area and cable entry points.

In the living space, the tinted windows provide privacy while allowing plenty of light in and the pre-shaped air tubes are designed to improve stability and maximise headroom and internal space.

The HookTrack system and mesh pockets help you keep the tent organised and tidy.

The Outwell Easy Access Front Door system opens fully, with a detachable tub-style groundsheet in the front zone, while the centre zone has an insect-proof mesh door.

Outwell’s unique Quick & Quiet Access and Inner doors use a magnetic closure system for silent entry and exit. The side door features a mesh panel for ventilation.

Pitching is easy, with easy-to-operate valves, colour-coded pegging, adjustable pegging points and the Outwell Floating Guyline System.
