SHOWCASE

Airedale 9.0SE
Outdoor Revolution has gone above and beyond with its 2021 tent collection, and leading the way in the flagship Airedale range is the impressive Airedale 9.0SE.

Building on the success of the award-winning multifunctional, double side-annexe (a registered design), this unique feature has been incorporated on both sides of the tent, effectively giving the benefit of a podded style without the increased pitch requirements.

These critically acclaimed annexes have been designed to function as access points with external doors, flexible utility space (wardrobe hanging rail included), or two-berth sleeping areas in conjunction with a two-berth side annexe inner tent. Closable internal doors mean these pods can be sealed completely from the tent’s main living area and with their own external access doors they are ‘a tent within a tent’, offering complete privacy if it is required.

Inside the living space is vast, three large bedrooms across the back made from darkened ‘Twilight’ fabric are divided by zips so can be opened completely should you wish. A huge zip-back panel with mesh windows separates the internal living space from the large integral front porch, this porch comes complete with a removable bathtub groundsheet and also includes a handy side access door.

There is an abundance of zips and mesh throughout the tent including fully adjustable zip-up curtains. A combination of low-level and rear vents plus a large mesh side door in the new double-width patio-style make for excellent airflow, while keeping flying insects out.

All in all, this is the perfect large family tent for those who truly appreciate a spacious and luxurious camping experience.

Airedale 7.0SE

Now in its second year, Outdoor Revolution’s critically acclaimed Airedale 7.0SE has been updated for the 2021 season in a sharp contemporary colourway and includes the new double-width patio side door.

Building on the success of the award-winning and exclusive double side-annexe which functions as an access point, flexible utility space (wardrobe hanging rail included) or two-berth sleeping area. Three large bedrooms across the back are separated by zipped dividers and are made from a darkened ‘Twilight’ fabric to keep the light out for longer.

A zip-back central divider separates the large living area from the front porch, and a wealth of mesh ventilation maintains airflow while keeping flying insects at bay.

An array of optional extras are available to further enhance the tent including a zip-on, inflatable front porch extension, and a large poled side porch, and with a lifetime guarantee on the air tubes for complete peace of mind, this tent is one not to be missed.

Kalahari PC 7.0

Outdoor Revolution’s best-selling Kalahari PC 7.0 was the deserved winner of Camping magazine’s Best Luxury Tent award in 2020 and has fast become a firm favourite in the premium family tent category. With the same highly flexible living and sleeping configuration found in the Airedale 7.0SE, the key difference with this tent is its exquisite polycotton flysheet.

Constructed from a sumptuous blend of polyester and cotton, it offers breathability and insulation in equal parts, dependent on the weather conditions; the fabric will contract for maximum heat retention when cold, while, in warm weather, the material will ‘breathe’ to help maintain a more comfortable internal atmosphere.

There are even acoustic benefits of using this heavy-duty canvas material, which maintains a calmer internal ambience, especially in the wind. Featuring all the premium features you would expect from a top-end family tent, this modern classic is an ideal choice for longer term camping in hotter climates.
