There's loads of flasks out there, so what makes the Canteen stand out from the crowd? Well, first of all it looks pretty cool – a bit like a retro cocktail shaker. The bevelled edges make it easy to grip and it also features a non-slip bottom to prevent any in-tent accidents. We tried it out on a camping trip earlier this summer, using it for hot tea on a couple of picnics. But it really came into its own when our electric coolbox temporarily went on the blink – we filled the flask with cold milk and it kept it fresh until we got the fridge back working.
