Highlights for 2022

  • Coleman builds on its existing extensive range of tents with the introduction of the new Polygon 5 and 6 tents, which take their inspiration from the geometric structure of the popular Octagon tent range.

  • Flexibility remains at the forefront, with Coleman tents offering changeable layouts allowing you to maximise the use of your living space. Accessories, including vestibules and carpets, are also available (sold separately), letting you enhance your camping experience and have your tent, your way.

  • Coleman is introducing four different Event Shelter sets in 2022. The Event Shelter Performance range, which is available in M, L and XL sizes, and the Event Shelter Pro XL, all come with three full sunwalls and a fourth sunwall with a door, providing great weather protection and flexibility.

  • XXL bedrooms and full head height make Coleman’s family tents a great choice for the taller camper. FastPitch Air technology ensures that Coleman’s air pole tents are easy and quick to set-up, even by one person. This makes them a great choice for single parents or those just wanting to cut down pitching time and make the most of their getaways.

  • BlackOut Bedroom technology features heavily throughout the 2022 range, making it easier for campers to get a good night’s sleep and even a lie-in on the campsite.

  • FastPitch Air technology ensures that Coleman’s air poles tents easy and quick to set-up, even by one person. This makes them a great choice for single parents or those just wanting to cut down pitching time and make the most of their getaways

  • UV Guard features across much of the range, providing SPF 50 sun protection.

A great choice for families who value space and comfort, the Coleman Weathermaster 6XL Air BlackOut has an extra-large living space with full head-height throughout, a spacious enclosed porch and three XXL bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six people on the campsite.

The bedrooms feature Coleman’s revolutionary BlackOut Bedroom technology which stops 99% of light from entering the sleeping area, so that you can sleep in even when the sun has come up.

Providing great flexibility, two of the bedrooms can be made into one large one by unzipping the bedroom divider, and the third can be removed completely to allow for increased living and storage space.

This option also makes it a great choice for families of four heading off on longer camping trips with bikes or pushchairs and lots of gear, as you can store it in the space of this third bedroom to keep the living area clutter-free.

FastPitch air technology enables swift pitching by a single person if required and five inflatable poles and four storm straps ensure the structure remains secure even in high winds. The 4,500mm hydrostatic head on the tent ensures weather protection, while the sewn-in PE groundsheet keeps water and bugs out.

Adjustable high and low ventilation (including a full-width back vent that can be accessed from inside the bedrooms) helps prevent condensation and allows you to manage the internal temperature.

Barrier-free access helps to prevent tripping and multiple cable entries allow you to set up all the lights and appliances you need for a comfortable stay.

The face of the integrated front porch can also be totally or partially rolled back, depending on the weather conditions.

Perfect for couples or small families, this tent takes inspiration from the geometric shape of the popular Coleman Octagon tent. The new Polygon 6 has an easy to pitch, self-supporting structure with colour-coded steel poles which make it possible to pitch in less than 15 minutes.

Four side walls can be rolled back, offering a full 360° view of your surroundings. The two other sides have doors, with one featuring an innovative hinged door for convenient entry and exit, allowing you to close it without having to zip it up.

Full head height of 205cm makes this a great option for taller campers and a conveniently placed opening allows for electric hook-up access. The polyester, PU coated and fully taped flysheet has a hydrostatic head of 2,000mm and is combined with a rising sewn-in groundsheet for water and bug proofing that prevents leaks, keeping the tent, gear and campers dry.

The flysheet can also be removed and the tent transforms into a bug-proof screen room, perfect for the garden.

Event Shelter Performance L

Event Shelter Performance L

Specifications

Price:

£349.99

Style:

Shelter

Sleeps:

N/A

Weight:

20.9kg

Dimensions:

13.32m²

The Event Shelter Performance L is a complete shelter set, including one event shelter, three sunwalls and one sunwall with door, all in one wheeled carry bag.

It shares the same colour palette as Coleman’s much-loved Weathermaster range of tents, so that your additional undercover space coordinates perfectly and looks smart on the campsite.

A steel-poled event shelter with an aerodynamic and durable design, this is made to last. Protection against the elements is a priority, shown by the 3,000mm hydrostatic head and taped seams, the well-thought-out design of the roof ventilation which prevents the structure from lifting in gusts of wind and the use of storm straps and multiple guying points for securely pegging into the ground.

The roof ventilation also includes clear windows, allowing light and slight airflow in even when all four sunwalls are attached and zipped up. A silver lining on the flysheet reduces the temperature under the shelter on a hot day and SPF 50 sun and UV protection adds peace of mind.

The Event Shelter Performance is available in three sizes, M, L and XL.
