DETAILED REVIEW

The Danbury has a great bed, kitchen and dining facilities with a perfectly functional amount of work surface and locker space. In a motorhome, that's surely what counts.

Plus points: Excellent base vehicle sports standard ABS and EBD, willing, refined and powerful engine, car-like cab, standard twin airbags, spacious longitudinal offside settee, standard fridge, panoramic fixed rooflight over cab, exceptional storage, good-sized kitchen, electronic piezo ignition to hob, good levels of interior lighting, large, flat and easily made-up bed, good water pressure

Minus points: Hook-up is a costly option, no room to manoeuvre when bed is made up, Cargo van base means split side-opening tailgate doors, fixed roof and unpainted bumpers, price difference compared to LVD (especially in optional elevating roof specification), no carpets, some conversion noise on the road, little room in which to use the toilet.
