Park operator reduces prices of homes at 19 parks

PARK operator Britannia Parks has reduced prices of new homes across its 19 parks nationwide.

A 28ft x20ft Omar Excel park home, fully furnished, is now available for £99,000 at Folly Park in the popular village of Clapham, near Bedford.

Park home buyers can also make big savings at Britannia’s other prestigious residential parks from Cornwall to Lincolnshire.

Britannia Parks Director, Michael Prideaux said: “Interest in our parks remains very strong and our 2008 programme of open weekends has been very well attended. But the park home sector is closely linked to the UK housing market and we are mindful of the fact that house prices have fallen.

“There are now some excellent bargains to be had on most of our parks and we expect the sited homes on sale to be snapped up.”

New homes on the award-winning Kings Park Village at Canvey Island in Essex now start from only £109,995.

The Britannia Parks Group was founded in 2005 by directors Michael Prideaux and
Graham Maguire and owns 19 holiday and residential parks primarily in the southern and
eastern regions of the UK.
