If you’re planning to visit us during the weekend, we have to put together a handy A-Z to help you.
Awnings are permitted as long as they within your pitch allocation. (10x8metres)
There will be a variety of food outlets situated around the Exhibition Area. Food will also be served in the Food for Thought and Stockmans cafés. In the evening there will be food in the Severn Hall and the Stockmans café.
There is a cashpoint within the showground, located alongside the Severn Hall. The cash machine is operated by the showground and charges per transaction.
Camping fields open 10am Thursday and close 12 noon Monday. If you wish to camp with friends/relatives, all vehicles must arrive together. The campers arrival gate will close at 9pm Thursday and Friday subject to weather conditions.
We have several camping areas available:
If you are a holder of a blue badge, then you can stay in the Disabled Area which will be situated nearer the Exhibition Area. You will need your blue badge on display and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show.
Our general area is open to all pre-booked campers. There is a separate non-booked general area.
If your club is hosting a rally at this show, you may be able to camp with them (space allowing). Pitches in club areas must be pre-booked. Click here to see if your club is rallying.

Non-booked campers can stay in either the non-booked general or non-booked disabled area (please note there is limited space in both areas and blue badges will be inspected upon arrival).
Dogs are welcome in the rally and exhibition area as long as they are kept on a lead and under control. Dogs are not allowed in the entertainment venues.
There are no electric hook-ups available at this show.
If you have a problem with your vehicle whilst at the show, please visit the information office who will be able to help you.
Entry to the evening entertainment is on a first come basis. Should any of the free entertainment venues become full; a one-in, one-out policy will be operated.
Entry to Saturday evening's main show is by separate ticket only. Tickets are subject to availability and can be purchased at the time of booking or from the information office. An alternative free show is available on Saturday evening. Evening entertainment is only open to campers staying on-site.
Arley Medical Services will be on site for the duration of the Show. If you require first aid please contact the medical centre as shown on the site plan in the official showguide or contact a member of staff who will call them for you.

Generators can be used only between 8am-10pm and ideally only for two hours at a time. We would ask all campers to be considerate of their neighbours when it comes to using a generator.
Westerners please note that visitors are not permitted to carry any edged weapon or loaded replica gun at anytime during the Show, including at evening entertainment. Gun marshals will check your weapons on entry to entertainment venues - please give them your full co-operation.

If you or any of your party requires medication, please ensure that you bring this with you.
Professional Mobility will have scooters to hire and will provide a charging service on their stand. Contact them to book and arrange delivery if necessary.

It is a condition on entry that you may be photographed for use in publicity or for safety and security reasons.
It is a condition of entry that private sales are prohibited in camping fields.
Smoking including E-cigarettes is not permitted in any buildings or marquees.

All visitors will receive a FREE showguide on admission, containing information on exhibitors, entertainment and full site plans.
Once you have made your booking, your tickets will be posted out to you. (If you are travelling you can ask for your tickets to be left at the gate). Please make sure your tickets are correct upon receipt and bring them with you to the show. On arrival at the show you will need to display your ticket in the windscreen and you will be given wristbands which you will need to wear for the duration of the show. Please note if you have ordered entertainment tickets, these will need to be collected from the information office.

Water will be available on site but we do suggest that you bring some with you as due to the volume of vans arriving on site, water pressure can vary.
Wifi is available on the internal showground area. Choose ‘Three Counties Hotspot’ on the wifi options on your device, it is free and no password is required. Please note the signal is strongest nearer the Severn Hall.
