If you’re planning to visit us during the weekend, we have to put together a handy A-Z to help you.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES
Arrival between 12noon and 6.30pm on Thursday 30th September or between 9am – 6.30pm on all other days. Campers arriving after 6.30pm will be parked in the holding area at yellow gate until the following morning at 9am. (These campers can use the facilities and attend the entertainment)
Departure, by 12 noon on Monday 4th October 2021.
Where barbecues are permitted users should endeavour to minimise smoke and fumes and any annoyance to neighbours.
All barbecues must be raised sufficiently off the ground to minimise the risk of fire and to avoid damage to grass areas.
A suitable approved fire extinguisher must be available.
The Society requests all caravanners, campers and visitors to be considerate to fellow campers, staff and visitors on site.

Please note, booking forms take longer to process and club rally areas and/or entertainment ticket availability may change during this time. To avoid missing out on headline entertainment or your choice of club rally area we do advise you book online.
Camping fields open 12 noon Thursday and close 12 noon Monday. If you wish to camp with friends/relatives, all vehicles must arrive together. The campers arrival gate will close at 6.30pm Thursday and Friday subject to weather conditions.
We have several camping areas available:
- Pre-booked disabled
If you are a holder of a blue badge, then you can stay in the Disabled Area which will be situated nearer the Exhibition Area. You will need your blue badge on display and please be aware that the badges will be inspected on arrival at the Show.
- Pre-booked general
Our general area is open to all pre-booked campers. There is a separate non-booked general area.
- Electric hook up pitches (SOLD OUT)
200 EHU pitches will be available for advance bookings. Please note these will be in a separate area to the pre-booked general and pre-book disabled.
If your club is hosting a rally at this show, you may be able to camp with them (space allowing). Pitches in club areas must be pre-booked.

- Non-booked campers
Non-booked campers can stay in either the non-booked general or non-booked disabled area (please note there is limited space in both areas and blue badges will be inspected upon arrival).

Dogs are welcome in the rally and exhibition area as long as they are kept on a lead and under control. Dogs are not allowed in the entertainment venues, but are allowed on the bus trips.
ELSAN POINTS AND GREY WATER
Please see positions on the site plan. Do not empty down toilets.
Entry to the evening entertainment is on a first come basis. Should the entertainment venue become full; a one-in, one-out policy will be operated.
Evening entertainment is only open to campers staying on-site. Only drinks bought from the bar may be consumed within entertainment venues. Bag searches will take place.

All caravans must have smoke detectors.
Everyone on site should acquaint themselves with the safety precautions against fire and the whereabouts of the fire points.
Please ensure that you have a suitable and approved fire extinguisher.
FIRST AID – 24 hours
If you require assistance during your visit, First Aid Services are located in Stock Stewards from 3rd – 6th October.
There will be a takeaway option that will be served on Friday & Saturday from 5pm – 9.30pm near Linden Suite.
Friday: Fish & Chips, whole tail scampi, chicken, sausage and mushy peas.
Saturday: Chinese selection of freshly cooked oriental meals.
Please note that there will be no food offered inside Severn Hall for the evening entertainment, however you are welcome to bring your takeaway into the Severn & Teme Hall.

There will be no gas available at this event.
Permission is given to use a generator subject to the following conditions:
The major hazards are electrical faults, LP systems, generators, smoking and leaking of fuel from parked vehicles. Campers are requested to take all precautions and to act responsibly.

Friday - Sunday 9:30am–5:00pm
Please use the rubbish bins provided or take all rubbish away with you when you leave.
We would ask that you be considerate to our other campers, and are therefore mindful of noise after 11pm. All music must end by this time.
Please ensure that passes are clearly display on the car windscreen and caravan.
All dogs should be kept on leads and under control at all times. Dog owners are reminded to clean up after their dogs, as the site must be kept clean. There may be livestock in the surrounding fields and dog owners are therefore asked to be responsible.

SPACING OF CARAVANS/TENTS
