Warners Shows Experience

If you’ve not been to a Warners Show before, here is a guide on what to expect!  Please note, this is a general overview and some shows differ slightly.

Take a trip to the supermarket - Stock up on those essential items, toiletries, snacks, etc. Don't worry if you have forgotten anything, we have an on-site shop where you can buy most everyday 'must have' items. Don't forget to get some cash.

Don't forget the meds - If you or any of your party requires medication, ensure that you bring this with you.

Check your vehicle - Before you leave check your vehicle is in tip top condition, all your lights are working, all the doors are secure and if you are towing make sure your hitch is secure.

Water - Water is available on-site but we do suggest that you fill up before arriving as on Thursday and Friday, water pressure can vary.

Vehicle Pass - If you have pre-booked your pitch don't forget to bring your vehicle pass and display it clearly in your window where our marshals can see it! If you are camping in our disabled areas make sure to bring along your blue badge. Don't worry if you weren't able to book there are nearly always some camping pitches still available, give our office a call to check on 01778 391123.

Plan your route - We know that travelling with your van can sometimes be a challenge so we have provided a 'How to reach us' guide on each show page. But don't forget to check the traffic reports and bring along your Sat-Nav.

Pack your van - You've stocked up, tickets are stored safely, now all that's left to do is put it all in the van!

Arrive at the show - Follow the yellow signs reading 'campers entrance' and pick up your wristbands (wear these all weekend for entry into the exhibition area and entertainment), goodie bag and Showguide. Our marshals will direct you to camping pitch or club area for the weekend.

Pitch up - Position your chocks, put on your handbrake, turn on your gas, fridge etc and pitch up your awning. Find a landmark so you don't forget where you’re pitched.

Make yourself at home - Say hi to your neighbours, unpack your van, pull out the deck chairs and BBQ and invite your family, friends or club members over. Don't forget to follow our social network sites Facebook and Twitter for up to the minute show news and info from site and let your friends stuck at home and work know where you are and how much fun you’re having!

Explore the site - Find your nearest toilets and showers (check the site-plan in the Showguide), locate the evening entertainment venues, and find the bars, restaurants and food courts.

Read your showguide - Pull up a comfy chair, make yourself a cuppa and read our showguide, you'll find a full entertainment schedule, a list of exhibitors, a site plan and lots more useful information ready for your weekend with us.

Head over to our evening entertainment - It's the first night and everybody is ready for fun!

Make a shopping list - If you have a specific item you need to buy, you want to compare prices or see what new innovations are... open your showguide, plan your route around the exhibition area and make a checklist of those essential items.

Take your first look around the exhibition area - It's day one and the exhibition area opens at 9.30. Have a look around the exhibitors in attendance and see what you can find. Don't forget to wear your comfy shoes!

Say Hello to our staff in the Information Office - Our staff are ready and waiting to help. They have local information and show information, tickets for the bus trips as well as main entertainment tickets for sale and to collect.

Join a club? - With major clubs represented in the exhibition area, is now the time for you to join a club? Already a member? Why not visit your club stand for chat and see if you're missing out on any of your club benefits.

Join us for another night of entertainment – Round off your first full day at the show with a drink, some music and laughter.

Speak to our dealers and exhibitors - Many of our dealers and exhibitors have been in the business for many years, therefore who better to ask about camping, pitching, a new van or any other burning questions you have about your hobby.

Check out the new and pre-owned vans on display - With many local and national dealers on-site, where else can you see and compare the prices, layouts, specifications and features from a range of different companies all in one place? Today is your chance to go out with your wish list and see what you can find!

See something different – At most of our shows we have a campers bus trip running to the local town on a Saturday. Coaches are on a constant shuttle, and tickets cost £3 return. These can be purchased on the bus or at the information office in advance.

Got tickets? Come along to our main entertainment – Saturday evening plays host to some big names. If you didn’t book tickets at the time you reserved your camping pitch, why not head along to the information office to see if there are any tickets left.

Take one last look around the exhibition area - Have you missed any great bargains, still debating the big purchase, or wish you'd bought that new gadget? Today is your last chance, so take a good look around, re-visit your favourite stall, talk to our dealers and check out your dream van.

Book your pitch at our next show - In the Information Office we have booking forms and information for all our remaining shows this season.  Remember, there is always a discount for pre-booking!

Say goodbye - the final night of the Show is perfect for a club meet, awards ceremony, family meal, BBQ or watching the sun set with a few drinks.

Enjoy the last night of entertainment - The weekend is coming to a close but there's still one last night of live music to enjoy.

Home time - The Show is over and you've had a great time shopping, dancing and socialising but now it's time to pack up and go home. Don't forget to pick up all your rubbish, tent pegs, etc on your pitch and take your grey water home. The camping fields close at 12noon.
