Warfield Park

WARFIELD Park, once part of Windsor Great Park, is one of the most rural home parks in England. Covering 88 acres of beautiful wooded parkland, it provides a stunning setting and a haven for the abundant wildlife.

The homes are set in generously sized gardens and are carefully situated to harmonise with their idyllic surroundings. Many have garages alongside. The well-surfaced roads wind attractively between the trees and open grassed areas.

Warfield Park is like a village where you can enjoy the benefits of living in a small rural community with all of life’s main necessities catered for. There is a community centre, hairdressing salon, beautician and chiropodist on the park.

On the outskirts of Bracknell, Warfield Park is perfectly situated, being far enough away from the centre to offer a tranquil lifestyle, yet close enough to be convenient for the road and rail network to London and beyond.  For day-to-day essentials there are several large supermarkets nearby.

Some of the best-known and well-loved tourist attractions are within easy reach, including Windsor Castle, Ascot Racecourse, Legoland (ideal for children), numerous golf clubs, and gardens open to the public.

There is also the unusual option to rent either a park home or one of the luxurious lodge apartments at Warfield Park. These are in the Harvest Lea area, a secluded development of timber lodges close to the main entrance of this private rural estate. The low council tax band (A) makes the lodges very cost-effective accommodation. Each lodge has parking space for two cars, and there is plenty of space. The homes are set in a quiet area surrounded by trees, and all have gardens and patios.

The lodges vary in size, and rents vary accordingly. Guide prices are as follows: one-bedroom lodge from £625; two-bedroom lodge from £700; three-bedroom lodge from £850. Weekly lets are available in some lodges, subject to availability.

The lodge apartments are ideal for young professionals and key workers, or for temporary re-location. If you need to rent a home in the Bracknell area, then these lodges offer the perfect solution.

You can find out more about the park by visiting the website. If you prefer, you can telephone or write for information. You are welcome to visit the park at any time, but please telephone first if you wish to meet a member of staff to discuss your requirements.
