The park
First established in the 1960s, Tingdene Parks acquired Loddon Court Farm Park in 2013 and developed an area of 23 new homes, adding to the variety of homes built over the years. A programme of works has seen the park brought in line with the rest of Tingdene Parks’ portfolio of high quality park home developments.

The locality
The park is surrounded by open countryside and yet only five miles south of Reading. The village of Spencers Wood is a mile away, offering day-to-day amenities. The M4 provides convenient access to London and the West Country.


Bedwell Park

Bedwell Park is on the edge of the village of Witchford. It has become one of the most sought-after developments in East Anglia. 2018 sees the release of new plots to compliment recent development.

The locality
Witchford is two miles from the cathedral town of Ely, with its ample shopping facilities. Witchford provides the idyllic lifestyle associated with a quiet village location. There are regular buses to Ely, which has connections and mainline trains to Cambridge and London.

Ashwood Park is one of Cheshire’s premier parks with 100 homes and a new development for 50 homes. Situated in the village of Wincham, Ashwood Park is two miles from Northwich. The park abuts the Trent and Mersey Canal.

The locality
Northwich has its outdoor market on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, as well as a large shopping centre. Wildlife is in abundance in this area and local history is on your doorstep with the Lion Salt Works and the Anderton boat lift nearby.

 

Hazelgrove Park

Next to one of the longest unbroken stretches of beach in England.

The park
Hazelgrove Park is a short walk from the Saltburn, where a full range of leisure and shopping facilities are available. A new development complements the existing park, with new direct supply services, including Virgin Media Cable TV and internet.

The locality
Saltburn-by-the-Sea has maintained much of its original charm as a Victorian resort, with its pier and Italian Gardens. The Ship Inn is steeped in smuggling folklore, and a miniature railway and a unique cliff lift connect the Italian Gardens with the pier. The Cleveland Way passes along the coastline, following a steep path up to Huntcliff, the site of a Roman Signal Station.

 

Wixfield Park

In the heart of Suffolk’s Constable Country, Wixfield Park is an established park with a community feel. It is on the edge of the attractive village of Great Bricett, next to open countryside.

The locality
The village Great Bricett is steeped in history dating back to the Romans. It hosts all your daily amenities with local shop/supermarket, garage, village hall and a Grade 1 listed church close by. The larger towns of Stowmarket and Ipswich are approximately nine miles away and the Suffolk Heritage coast, golf and lake fishing are all within easy reach.
