First established in the 1960s, Tingdene Parks acquired Loddon Court Farm Park in 2013 and developed an area of 23 new homes, adding to the variety of homes built over the years. The locality

Open countryside surrounds this park and yet it's conveniently only five miles south of Reading. The village of Spencers Wood is approximately one mile from Loddon Court Farm Park, providing day-to-day amenities. The M4 provides convenient access to London and the West Country.

Bedwell Park nestles on the edge of the village of Witchford. The locality

Northwich has its famous outdoor market on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, as well as a superb shopping centre. Names like Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Tesco and B&Q, as well as independent shops are to be found here.

There is so much to do in this area; wildlife is in abundance, local history is on your doorstep with the Lion Salt Works visible across the field, and the Anderton boat lift on one of the many Northwich Walk routes.

Hazelgrove Park is a short walk away from the seaside town of Saltburn, where various leisure and shopping facilities are available. A new development complements the existing park, with new infrastructure and direct supply services, including cable TV and internet.

The locality

Saltburn-by-the-Sea has maintained much of its original charm as a Victorian seaside resort, including its pier and the colourful Italian Gardens. The Ship Inn is steeped in smuggling folklore, and a miniature railway and a unique cliff lift connect the Italian Gardens with the pier while affording panoramic views.

The Cleveland Way passes along the coastline, following a steep path up to Huntcliff, the site of a Roman Signal Station. The Saltburn coastline is recognised as part of the 36 miles of Heritage Coast, crowned by dramatic headlands, which continues south towards Whitby.

The larger towns of Stowmarket and Ipswich are approximately nine miles away and the Suffolk Heritage coast, golf and lake fishing are all within easy reach.
