Overlooking the River Weaver, a popular canal boat route, lies a park home estate that’s just two miles from the town of Winsford and five miles from Northwich.
Six new plots are being created, varying in size from 45ft x 20ft to 55ft x 22ft. All of these new plots have elevated panoramic views overlooking the River Weaver.
In addition to the six new plots, as part of the development, there will be two new show homes, a specially-commissioned 45ft x 22ft Pathfinder Evolution and a 45ft x 20ft Tingdene Havana.
The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of September and the park is hoping to hold an open day in October.
Riverside Park is a great place to live and provides the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful countryside, with close access to golf, fishing, walking, sailing and cycling; whatever your pursuit, it’s within easy reach of the park. Keen walkers, especially, will love it here, with the Sandstone Trail, Whitegate Way and the Delamere Forest Loop close by. And Super Fast Broadband has recently arrived at the park.
Olympic Park Homes recently changed the name of this park from Meadow Home Park to Riverside Park. This is one of two residential homes parks owned by Olympic Park Homes in Cheshire; the other is at Delamere.
Olympic Park Homes is run by Andrew Thornley, his step-daughter Sam Leigh-Jones and her husband Darren Jones. The park business dates back to the 1960s when Andrew’s parents decided to change track from running a bakery to running residential parks.
