James Park Homes

Harpswell Hill is one of five parks owned and run by the James family – that's Andrew James senior, and his wife Tracey, The parks are in Cumbria, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

With open countryside views, yet close to a historic city, this residential home park has four plots available – and two of them have homes already sited.

With open countryside views, yet close to a historic city, this residential home park has four plots available – and two of them have homes already sited.

Just to the north of the castle-and-cathedral city of Lincoln lies a quiet park home estate, a haven of tranquillity yet close enough to Lincoln for residents to take advantage of all that this historic city offers.

Harpswell Hill is owned by James Park Homes. The park has recently undergone a major development. New homes have replaced older units used for rental; Harpswell Hill is developing into a sought-after park home location, with 38 plots – and there are still some plots available.

The park has open views of the countryside; it's surrounded by farmland.

Gardens around the homes are attractive and neatly kept; a combination of stones, low plants, shrubs and lawns.

Included in the price of all new homes are brick skirts and steps, a garage, driveway (where applicable), plus connection to services (electricity, gas, water and telephone). The homes are protected by a 10-year Gold Shield Warranty.

At present four plots are available

One plot is suitable for a 34ft x 12ft home with two bedrooms; various models are available. The price will be in the region of £82,995.

Another plot has a Wessex Dorset home already sited on it; this is now sold subject to contract. This is a 40ft x 20ft home with two bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe and L-shaped lounge-dining area with separate kitchen.

The kitchen units are in a warm champagne metallic finish, with contemporary brushed steel handles, a striking violet-coloured splashback and a Roman blind in a tartan fabric. The kitchen leads to a boot room that provides additional storage and somewhere to remove muddy shoes and wipe dirty paws!

Soft grey and pale oak furniture features in the bedrooms.

This home's price is £145,000.

A third plot is ideal for a 50ft x 20ft, home. Various models are available. Prices are in the region of £145,000.

A Prestige Sonata II is already sited on the fourth plot. This £125,000, 38ft x 20ft, two-bedroom home has a garage and a block-paved driveway is already installed. Imposing Georgian-style windows and white corner stones distinguish the Sonata II.

This home has a lounge spanning the whole width of the home with an L-shaped area for dining. A dishwasher and washing machine are among the integrated kitchen facilities.
