5006e28c-ea69-4497-9d30-861b99bb9fa7

Close to the North Devon coast lies a park home estate where a new development is taking place.

Berrynarbor Park Homes is in a much sought-after area four miles from the Victorian resort of Ilfracombe. The beaches of Combe Martin are also four miles away. The park is 10 miles from the traditional market town of Barnstaple.

Watermouth Cove is a short distance away. It's a lovely region of beaches, magnificent coastal and inland scenery and, because it's a holiday area, you'd always feel you were on holiday living there!

The park is at the head of the wooded Sterridge Valley, terraced into the hillside and landscaped with established trees and shrubs. It's surrounded by beautiful Devon scenery, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Berrynarbor Park occupies nine acres and has a further 18 acres of hillside pastures, from where you can look across the Bristol Channel to South Wales. It's a lovely region for walking.

And Berrynarbor village is only a 10-minute walk from the park; here, there's a traditional pub, the 17th century Ye Olde Globe, a 12th century church, a Post Office and a bus service.

Berrynarbor is one of five parks, in Dorset, Essex, and Hertfordshire, owned by the Simmons family, who have been in the park home industry since 1959. They are proud of their park's reputation for high standards and security.

Henry Simmons also takes pride in looking after his customers. He also maintains strong relationships with the manufacturers to ensure whatever your dream, these parks can make it happen.

Numerous homes are available this spring and summer. Among them are the Omar Middleton, Wessex Dorset and Omar Heritage.
