A new loch-side development is taking place in the countryside of southwest Scotland
Set in open countryside 11 miles west of Dumfries in southwest Scotland, Glenearly Caravan Park is just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the town of Dalbeatie, where you will find several shops, bars and restaurants.
This park is a very special place – because it has own small loch (pictured above).
A development is being made around the loch, called Loch Jardine after the name of the family who own the park.
There will be 36 lodges and holiday homes in this new area. The park can supply any make of lodge or static holiday home. Already sited, there is a timber-clad Lakeland Modica show lodge, at £87,863 including a large wraparound decking area ready for you to enjoy.
This lodge, made by Lakeland Leisure Homes, has bifold front doors, as our picture on the right shows, to open onto the L-shaped decking with glass panels which allow a lovely uninterrupted view of the loch.
Besides the new development, Glenearly has several pre-owned holiday homes for sale on the existing area of the park. Glenearly Caravan Park is known for its peace and tranquillity. It’s in an ideal location for the 7stanes mountain biking trails, walking, golfing and the Solway Coast.
The park has its own woodland dog walk, laundry area and also has a Games Room with pool and table tennis tables.
