The Majestic is a new residential park home with a spectacular split roofline that gives it a holiday lodge vibe. It is an outstanding home with a grey and white exterior finish and grey wood-effect Canexel cladding teamed with white rendering and grey window frames. 

Inside, arguably the first thing you notice is the study, to the right of the door and with a sumptuous grey velvet-upholstered chair that serves to set the tone of luxury for the home.

Windows are a strong element of the design of this home. The lounge’s main window is floor-to-ceiling, with a triangular section divided into three panes above the bold chrome curtain rail. Fawn and grey are the theme shades of the Majestic; fawn for the lounge and grey for the kitchen’s matt finished cabinet doors. We love this super modern look.

The grey cabinetry goes on past the kitchen into a utility area where a washing machine is housed in one of the cabinets. Doors lead from here outside and also into the hall, giving the kitchen an island feel. This would be a splendid layout for entertaining.

The dining area window is almost full height; buyers can opt to have a French door here if they wish. We love this kitchen for its large amount of work surface and copious quantities of storage space in eight cabinets and three drawers.

The fawn and cream theme goes on into the bedrooms. The main bedroom’s stunning complete wall of mirrors hides wardrobes and shelf areas.

The en suite features brown, natural stone-effect tiles and a gloss white under-sink cabinet, plus a tall towel rail finished in chrome.

The same décor is used for the bathroom with over-bath shower.

Our view

The Majestic’s split roofline is stunning; if you fancy a residential home that has a holiday home design, this has to be considered; you’d always feel as if you were on holiday!
