A model distinguished by its split-level roof line, the Avanti is, like the Residence Plus, superbly modern and sophisticated – and, also like the Residence Plus, has a separate lounge. But there the similarity stops, for the Avanti’s styling is totally different. Cream gloss kitchen units, and a dark blue finish with a subtle texture pattern on two of the lounge walls, one wall in the dining area and one in the study, make the Avanti an outstanding home.

While the overarching style theme is modern, there’s a touch of traditional styling in the dining area.

In the lounge, the huge, L-shaped sofa and armchair are simple and modern in style. Cushions – some matching the Roman-style blinds, others picking up the blue theme of the feature walls – ensure cosiness. The coffee table, and an occasional table incorporating shelving, bring together natural wood and plain cream. The whole effect is modern and yet also homely.

The Avanti is available in two standard sizes, 40ft by 20ft and 45ft by 20ft; this version has both a utility room and a study.
