Quintessentially classic living - In 14 different layouts and sizes, the Omar Middleton gives you a multitude of choices

Omar’s Middleton park home is as versatile as it is classically sophisticated, with 14 different standard layouts available in both single and twin units.

If you like the Middleton’s style, you’ll discover that Omar will have a layout that suits you down to the ground.

Standard sizes range from 40ft by 12ft up to 50ft by 20ft – but you can have a Middleton either larger or smaller. The maximum size for the twin model is a massive 65ft by 22ft. The minimum size for the single version is 32ft by 12ft.

Besides the enormous variety of layouts, the Middleton provides practicality and affordability.

The most recent Middleton is the 40ft by 20ft model, unveiled last summer at the Stoneleigh World of Park & Leisure Homes Show; that’s the model pictured here.

Middleton became a household name when a university romance led to the Royal family gaining a new Duchess. Omar celebrated the Royal wedding by launching the Middleton – and, in the nine years since its launch, the Middleton has amassed an increasing popularity among buyers looking for a home of classical sophistication, just like its royal namesake.

This charming and imposing park home has twin roof dormers, curved bay windows and columns flanking the front door.

Kitchen and utility room

Inside, the traditional elements meet modern convenience, starting with the kitchen.

Available in either galley or wrap-around shapes – and finished with smart, dark blue gloss tiles and marble worktops – whichever layout you choose, this kitchen would be a pleasure in which to create cuisine. You’ll never be short of storage or surface space.

And, besides the four-burner hob, oven and fridge-freezer, there is an integrated dishwasher and washing machine.

Going for one of the Middleton layouts with a utility room is a great option if you have dogs that have a penchant for getting covered in mud; the utility room is a place to sort them out before you let them loose in the rest of your home.

The furnishings are in delightful warm, soft tones. Muted fawns in the lounge make it an inviting place to snuggle on the sofa with a glass of wine.

Dining area

Depending on which Middleton layout you choose, you can have a dining area adjacent to the kitchen or in an L-shape that flows from the lounge. Or, if you choose a 12ft or 14ft-wide Middleton, the dining table sits conveniently in the centre of the kitchen. Whatever your preference there’s a Middleton to suit you.

Bedrooms

Soft shades are a feature of the bedrooms, continuing the classic look. Deep headboards and fully lined curtains create a luxury ambience.

The master bedroom has an en suite with a large corner shower, plus, in some layouts, a spacious dressing room alongside. The second bedroom also provides ample hanging space with fitted wardrobes.

The Middleton is available in 14 standard layouts including three with three bedrooms, three with studies and four with utility rooms. Three of the layouts are in single unit width (12ft or 14ft) and 11 are in the twin unit (20ft) width. The Middleton, as standard, is available in lengths between 32ft by 12ft and 65ft by 22ft.
