Cambrian Sovereign manufactures in Porthmadog, North Wales. Seven residential homes are among the company’s portfolio; Cambrian Sovereign also produces 16 luxury holiday lodges.

Four of the most popular residential park homes are the Berkswell, Sherbourne, Arden and Heywood, all with both studies and utility rooms – and shortly, there will be a new addition to the range, a new, compact single unit called the Millison.

Buyers have opportunity to customise the layout of their home, plus interior features; a visit to the factory in Porthmadog is an ideal way to learn more.

The Berkswell

This property is available in a choice of layouts and dimensions, with either two or three bedrooms. Keynotes of the Berkswell are practicality, style, comfort and versatility.

The large L-shaped lounging dining area spans the whole width of the home.

Bay windows and a smart grey tiled roof define the exterior. The kitchen has cream shaker-style doors, an eye-level double oven, a gas hob with a glass splash back, and a 70/30 fridge-freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room. Lounge furnishings are classical in style.

The Sherbourne

Modern styling is the keynote of the Sherbourne. The lounge, with double doors leading to the separate dining area, has a vaulted ceiling, a black inset LED fire and a three-seater sofa plus an armchair. Four vertical picture windows characterise the front elevation of the Sherbourne. The study is at the front, alongside the lounge, with the utility room alongside it.

The Arden

The Arden’s kitchen has a wrap-around layout, with the dining area conveniently close to one end of the surface. Bi-fold doors enable you to make the best of good weather.

The fridge and freezer are integrated into white high-gloss kitchen units, together with an electric oven and gas hob, plus a dishwasher.

The Heywood

Long picture windows are a feature of the Heywood. The lounge, dining area and kitchen form an open-plan L-shaped area, with a breakfast bar divider between the kitchen and the dining area. Two sofas face each other with a large coffee table in the centre of the lounge.
