The Oakwood Maple holiday home has a huge island kitchen unit, a free-standing bath, a touch-control hob. The Maple is a stunning home.
Oakwood Park & Leisure Homes has unveiled a new home called the Maple. It joins Oakwood’s portfolio of six homes, all with the names of trees.
The Maple is a 42ft by 20ft home, with some unusual features. These include a touch-control hob, which turns on automatically when you place a pan onto it.
The eye-catcher in the kitchen is the huge island unit and breakfast bar. The Maple has a ceramic sink and drainer. Appliances are an oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.
The dining suite seats six, making this a home designed for entertaining.
The Maple’s colour theme is grey, for the walls and flooring, which is light grey oak. Three tall, black radiators enhance the ultra-modern styling.
Shaker-style furniture features in the bedrooms, where large wardrobes and chests of drawers provide good accommodation. In the main bedroom’s dressing room is an enormous bevelled-edged mirror plus a desk-style dressing table that means the dressing room could be used as a mini office.
The bathroom features a free-standing bath and wall-mounted tap. Its grey tiles look stunning and like real stone.
