A chance to live on a park with a village atmosphere and a thriving social life.
Words by Val Chapman
Warfield Park is close to Bracknell in Berkshire, eight miles from the royal town of Windsor.
It’s a big, immaculate park with a village atmosphere – it even has its own community centre, plus hairdressing and beauty salons – set amid 92 acres of parkland.
This park is in a splendid location, on land which was once part of Windsor Great Park, with the benefits of living in a small rural community, yet with the town of Bracknell, mainline trains to London, and the M3 and M4, all within easy reach. Windsor is most famous for the Royal Family’s weekend home of Windsor Castle.
Warfield Park’s community centre puts it among only a few parks in the country which holds social events, clubs and classes on the park.
These include line dancing, a craft group, a garden club, table tennis, film nights – and even a choir!
Early in 2020, two new homes built by Aspire are arriving at the park. The Aspire 48ft by 20ft home is a custom- designed model. This home will be available for viewings in March 2020 and will be on a plot overlooking a field and woodland.
A 44ft by 20ft Aspire home, also custom-designed for Warfield Park, will be available to view in May.
Both plots are in a secluded area of the park. Each has a big driveway and a single garage.
In early 2020 a plot suitable for a 44ft by 22ft home will become available. This pitch is ideal for buyers who would like to purchase a bespoke home.
In the spring a further plot will be available, with space for a 48ft by 22ft home. This plot is also available to buyers who would like to work with a manufacturer to design their bespoke dream home.
