Contemporary

A gigantic double set of sliding patio doors at the front of the Contemporary Lodge puts on the style as well as the practicality of making the best of your views.
At night the front elevation is illuminated by overhead lighting set under the boldly-styled soffits.
Keynotes of the Contemporary are clean, uncomplicated lines, natural light and versatile space. The living area is essentially open plan, featuring exposed wooden beams and white panelled ceilings, which runs throughout the lodge.
The lounge suite is Devon-style, with plenty of scatter cushions. The nest of tables, coffee table and extending dining table and chairs are by Willis & Gambier.

Kitchen appliances include a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and four-burner hob.
Willis & Gambier furniture is a feature of the bedrooms, too, in the form of bedsteads and bedside tables.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with sliding doors.
The Contemporary is available in a range of 10 standard floor plans from 38ft x 20ft to 50ft x 20ft. Three of the standard models have three bedrooms. A utility room is an option on some floor plans.

Spinney

The Spinney is a refreshing take on country lodge home living. The exterior is clad in stunning Ced’R-Vue Sandalwood, which gives a strong clue to the rustic character of this lodge.
You step inside the Spinney straight into the kitchen. It’s galley-style and has a split entrance to the lounge and the rest of the home.
The kitchen features a glossy tiled splashback in a natural woodland green shade. The kitchen units are finished in a light cream and the porcelain sink has an integrated draining area. The kitchen also features a wine cooler and ‘slide-and-hide’ oven door, maximising the available space by sliding beneath the oven.
The lounge has a feature wall with log burner-effect electric stove in the centre, illuminated from above. This is framed by wallpaper in a stacked log style, emphasising the Spinney’s country theme.

The dining area is next to the lounge, and has a huge reclaimed-style single plank table with matching benches.
Moving down the corridor, the reclaimed wood style wallpaper of the master bedroom comes into view, with small recesses with integrated lighting, and filament bulbs hanging above and beside the bed.
The bed is a rarity in a holiday home, as it is a four poster, delightfully following the country theme. The en suite has a wet room area comprising both the shower and a free- standing bath with a full width mirror opposite.
The Spinney comes in five standard sizes, ranging from 40ft x 20ft to the three-bedroom 50ft x 22ft.

Allure

The Allure is distinctive in appearance, with a split-level roofline and larch cladding (buyers can opt for CanExcel if they wish but the larch is lovely!).
Two sets of bi-fold doors and feature lighting enhance the stunning exterior look.
And there’s more to make the Allure extra special: it’s designed not just for humans but for dogs, too, with a dog shower by the door! No risk of muddy paws making their way straight into the living area – and if four-legged members of the family do escape into the living area, pawmarks can easily be wiped from the laminate surface. The Allure has practicalities in spades – including a seat, in the hallway, on which to perch while you take off shoes.

The lounge dining area is open-plan, with white vaulted ceilings. There’s also a very unusual feature – a snug; the perfect place to curl up with a book.
Another unusual feature of the Allure is the large walk-in pantry.
The Allure is available in four standard sizes, starting at 45ft x 20t and rising to 50ft x 20ft.
Two have two bedrooms and two have three bedrooms.

Classic

Affordability is the keynote of the Classic, together with its light and airy feel.
Long established and a proven favourite, with a style that stands the test of time, this holiday home easily lives up to its name.
It has a spacious lounge-dining area opening onto large French doors which enhance the feeling of space. That feeling is further enhanced by the white panelled ceiling.
The soft colour palette creates a relaxing look, together with the ultra-comfortable sofas.
In the kitchen two features stand out: the lovely high-gloss cabinets and the wide work surface between the kitchen and dining area. This creates a large breakfast bar in addition to providing a practical work area. Appliances include a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob with extractor hood.
Good cabinet space is also a feature of the kitchen, together with the refinement of soft-close cabinets and drawers.

Wessex Classic
The light and airy theme continues in the bedrooms, with soft-palette, checked fabrics, panelled feature walls and freestanding Bentley furniture – a restful haven at the end of a day. The bathroom and en suite are stylish and beautifully appointed, with Porcelanosa tiles – an and ideal place in which to unwind in luxury.
The Classic is available in five standard sizes ranging from 36ft x 20ft to 45ft x 20ft. All have two bedrooms.
