Tingdene Homes departed from the industry’s normal pricing structure for the launch of both the Lamport residential home and the Brampton leisure home. Instead of parks setting their differing prices, these two homes have fixed prices, arranged with 20 parks.

The price of the Lamport and Brampton is £119,950. Both are 40ft by 20ft lodges. We’ve not yet seen these two models, though we hope to catch up with them on a park in the coming months. We do have some details, though…

The Lamport has two bedrooms, a galley-style kitchen, a study, a utility room and a cosy lounge-dining area. A bonus is access to the small loft area, from a hatch in the hallway.

The Brampton is a family lodge with three bedrooms (two twin rooms and a double), the main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe
and an en suite. The living area is open plan, the kitchen has an island unit with a breakfast bar and two stools.

Our view

A brilliant pricing concept – and two units that are sure to find many fans, one for family holiday practicality, the other for park home buyers looking for a home with a study.
