Another of Tingdene’s homes that is available in both residential and leisure versions is the Harrington.

This is an open-plan home, with a gorgeously spacious lounge (complete with two small rocking chairs as well as a sumptuous sofa). The styling of this 40ft by 20ft home is Scandinavian-inspired, one example of which is the fabulous TV/feature wall in the lounge. A textured grey wallpaper that has an almost brushed steel effect is inset into a white frame. Spotlights focus down to a white shelved area that stretches the entire length of the lounge. It’s bold and expansive and delightful.

The kitchen makes a bold statement, too, with white units and a breakfast bar. Three glass pendant lights highlight the breakfast bar, and two chrome globe lights illuminate the lounge and dining space; simply lovely!

The kitchen is a galley shape, in that it is arranged in a parallel configuration. But it’s much wider that classic galley kitchens, and with a full-height window at the head of the ‘galley’. Storage accommodation includes a wine rack, as well as plenty of cabinets.

One of the keynotes of the Harrington is the enormity of its windows, allowing natural light to find its way in quantity everywhere.

You can have a Harrington with either two or three bedrooms.

A layout with a separate kitchen is also available.
