Launched in February 2020 as a compact home, available both in residential and leisure versions, the Cosgrove’s popularity has led, now, to expansion – literally. This cosy, innovatively designed 40ft by 12ft home will shortly also be launched in a ‘twin’ format, still 40ft long but now also 20ft wide. The larger Cosgrove will also be available as a residential or holiday lodge. 

The 12ft Cosgrove established its popularity because it gives buyers a top-quality dwelling or leisure abode that would sit on a smaller plot and also provides everything needed, in a compact form. It has a square lounge, a kitchen/dining room of a similar size to the lounge, a double bedroom at the rear – and (this is where economy of size is achieved), the second bedroom is a single room; plus, there is just one shower room rather than an en suite as well.

Layout details of the larger Cosgrove haven’t been revealed yet. One thing is for certain, though; it’s set to be as stylish and as homely as its smaller sibling that has won all the acclaim since its launch.

As with all of Tingdene’s homes, both the leisure lodge and residential versions are built to BS 3632 residential standard. The difference comes in the exterior appearance. The residential Cosgrove is grey and white, whereas the leisure lodge version is wood-clad.
