THIS country estate, just two miles south of the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, offers a holiday haven in the heart of Yorkshire. Each lodge at Repton Green is surrounded by planting to give guests privacy, whilst enjoying the surroundings from their large verandas.

Each two and three-bedroom lodge is tailored to the needs of the individual buyer and successfully combines open-plan living with modern design. The lodges are decorated with luxury internal and external fittings as standard, but additions such as a sauna and hot tub can be easily arranged. Whilst the Repton Green lodges are close to the two golf courses and golf academy, the new Lakeside development to be launched in 2009 is nestled amongst trees overlooking a tranquil lake.

Repton Green’s executive lodges provide five-star accommodation for families, couples or friends wishing to ‘get away from it all’. The lodges are rented on a daily basis, for a minimum of three nights commencing on any day of the week.

Rudding Park is ideal as a base from which to discover the Yorkshire Dales and the many historic towns and sites of the region. In Harrogate, you can taste the spa waters at the Pump Room Museum and relax in the Turkish Baths, followed by a traditional afternoon tea at Bettys Tea Room. Famous for its acres of grass, Harrogate’s Valley Gardens and RHS Harlow Carr are stunning places to walk, admire and relax
.
The picturesque villages of Ripley, Grassington, Burnsall, Appletreewick and many more are within easy drive, from which many stunning walks commence. Alternatively, both Bolton and Fountain’s Abbey are beautiful places for a picnic and walk.

If the countryside does not appeal, the bustling cities of Leeds and York are also close to hand. 

As well as the golf courses and hotel, Rudding Park’s Clocktower restaurant is renowned for its local menu, whilst the Deer House pub is a more informal venue.

At the time of writing there were five holiday lodges for sale, ranging from a 42’6x20 Lissett Utopia for £199,000, to a 45x22 Lissett Savannah for £275,000. All include the first year of site fees.
