SINCE coming under new ownership last October, the park has begun an extensive and ongoing modernisation program. A brand new electric gated entrance and beautiful landscaped gardens of exotic palms and grasses are already in place, and are just the beginning of a long list of things planned for this very select little park.
A brand new office, a re-vamped children’s playground, more landscaping and some road re-surfacing are the next phase of work, which will be completed during the coming winter months while the park is closed. With all that has already been done, and all that is planned for the future, this is soon to be, if not already, one of nicest parks in West Sussex.
What also makes this small park very appealing is the very low, £1600pa pitch fees, among the cheapest in the area.
The town of Selsey is an easy five-minute walk of the park on very flat ground, and has all the local amenities you need, plus regular bus services into the main town of Chichester.
Fontwell and Goodwood race courses, West Wittering beach, and Portsmouth historic navel base are just a few of the nearby local attractions.
