MEADOW View is a new exclusive development of Tingdene and Omar lodges laid out informally near a stream and overlooking open countrysideon Kent’s Isle of Sheppey.

The family-owned and managed park, run by Michael and Kim Irwin, is being developed in four phases and should be completed by 2011 with a total of 40 lodges on site. All the homes will have block paved car parking spaces for two cars, plus a good size garden. Some plots will also include a hot tub.

The first buyers at the park were Mr & Mrs Howlett, who landed a 40 x 16 Marlborough. “We chose Meadow View Park because we are local and know how nice the area is,” said Mr Howlett. “The location is perfect for us, close to the town but overlooking countryside.”

“The views from our lodge are wonderful and it’s so peaceful and quiet here I love it,” his wife added.

The couple, who also have a place abroad and are planning to divide their early retirement between their new lodge and Spain, love watching the abundance of wildlife. They have even adopted two ducks who come each day to be fed.

The Isle of Sheppey is predominantly rural, containing the largest area of wetland in the UK and a number of important nature reserves.
