Willerby announces helpline for new Vaillant boiler installations
Willerby, the holiday home manufacturer, has a new helpline available to customers with a recent Vaillant boiler installation.
The company plans to install all new homes with the '2018 Which? Best Buy' boiler from Vaillant. The move is part of its initiative to improve the quality of its homes from good to being the best, according to the announcement.
Willerby urges customers to register their newly installed Vaillant boilers within 30 days of commissioning. Customers should heed their advice. Vaillant states it won't accept registrations after the 30 days.
There is some respite, however, from the strict, 30-day deadline. Until 1st April 2019, the Boilermaker will give customers 60 days to register newly commissioned units.
Any Willerby customers with an Ariston boiler should still use their existing registration and warranty query process.
