Vowles sites show homes at brand new Somerset park

Vowles Parks recently held a successful open day its new Ardnave Park residential estate in Somerset, one of the few residential parks to be created in the UK in recent years.

The event was well-attended and gave Vowles the chance to show off the first five show homes at the park, manufactured by Prestige and Stately-Albion.

There was a price draw for the visitors, and Mr Bartlett of Southampton was the lucky winner of £100 of M&S vouchers.

Ardnave is situated on the spectacular Somerset coats, 200 yards from the beach and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The nearby village of Kewstoke offers local amenities, including a shop, takeaway, hairdressers, pubs, restaurants and cafés, and Weston-super-Mare is only three miles away.

The park is an exclusive new development that will eventually comprise 55 homes. It is on a level site and the homes will be arranged in small groups off a central avenue overlooked by woodland.

Current showhomes at Ardnave are a Stately-Albion Tredegar Special 34x20, £134,950; a Prestige Anthem 44x20 with garage, £194,950; a Prestige Sonata II 40x20 with garage, £169,950; a Prestige Concerto 40x20 with garage, £184,950; and a Stately-Albion Balmoral with garage, £179,950.
