Vantage website offers 21st-century solution

Vantage Insurance Services, a major player in the leisure industry insurance market, has just launched a new website to give its customers and prospective clients greater flexibility and more options when they are looking for cover.

Vantage’s new site, www.4siteinsurance.co.uk, enables
customers to buy all types of static caravan, chalet and park home  policies efficiently and at very competitive prices.

Customers are able to pay by cheque, credit card or direct debit, receive their policy documentation instantly, create their own account, make changes to their policies (with revised documentation provided immediately) and make claims.

Other online products, such as touring caravan, household and travel will be added shortly.

The company aims to give the customers complete control – they may cancel the policy at any time, which Vantage says illustrates its confidence in its products and service.

Vantage believes that allowing customers to deal directly with the company on the website enables it to offer the best rates for very comprehensive cover, thereby saving policy-buyers time and money.

Vantage is a specialist insurance provider to the leisure industry and in particular the park home and caravan sector. It currently looks after more than 45,000 policies and its expertise in the field stretches back to 1985. The company caters for all caravan types, including static and touring caravans, chalets and motor caravans.

The insurance business in general has a reputation for being old-fashioned and lacking the energy or vision to embrace new technology to improve efficiencies for the benefit of customers.

Vantage, however, has recognised the enormous steps taken by the retail industry, resulting in the provision of goods at extremely competitive prices.

“Our vision is to revolutionise the mechanics of buying insurance and to remove current ineffective working practices that keep the prices at a high level,” says Chris Ryder Richardson at Vantage.

“We understand that we need to give our customers the ability to buy wide-ranging insurance easily, at an attractive price and with confidence.”

Identifying the breadth of cover was the easy part for Vantage. Creating the means to allow their customers to buy cover simply and cheaply took some creative thought.

“We believe our web-based system meets the high standards we set out to achieve,” Chris added. “We would like to introduce customers to a 21st-century solution that, after many months of design and investment, will provide our customers with easy, understandable, competitive, comprehensive and fast solutions to their insurance requirements.”

“It has not been cheap, but we think those customers will find it has been worth the time, effort and money!”

If you log-on and try 4Site, you answer just six simple questions to find out how little you will have to pay for some great insurance cover. Try it and enjoy the revolution!
