Sunset Holiday Park celebrates sixth gold award

9de470d1-c977-498b-9662-854163ba3ed1
SUNSET Holiday Park at Hambleton, Lancashire, is celebrating receiving the Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award for the sixth year running.

The park, owned by Carr Royd Parks, has worked hard to keep Gold accolade each year since 2005 and these efforts have made the company focus on environmental savings, said its chairman Michael Taylor.

Sunset Park has also won the ‘Green Business of the Year 2010’ at the Lancashire Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs), and has a Visit England Five Star rating.

A new development is nearing completion, with holiday lodges spaciously positioned on the water’s edge of the second fishing lake on the park.
